Ms Julia K Hughes was the Senior Vice President, International Trade and Government Relations for the United States Association of Importers of Textiles and Apparel (USA-ITA). Ms. Hughes also served as President of International Development Systems (IDS), a proven resource for companies, trade associations and countries that need the latest information regarding the trade statistics and government regulation of textile and apparel products. In 1992 she received the Outstanding Woman in International Trade award.
Mr. Nikhil R. Meswani is a Chemical Engineer and is a Board Member of Reliance Industries Ltd since 1988. He is also a Director of Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd, a Reliance Group company. The Group's activities span exploration & production of Oil & Gas, Refining and Marketing, Petrochemicals, Polyesters & Textiles. He is a member of The Forum of Young Global Leaders (part of the World Economic Forum). He is also a member of Young Presidents' Organization.

Mr. Munir Ahmad was the Executive Director, International Textiles and Clothing Bureau, Geneva. Mr. Munir Ahmad has been associated with trade policy issues, textile negotiations and GATT/WTO activities for a long time and has an in-depth understanding of the international trading system, especially issues relating to trade
in textiles and clothing.
Ms Yoshiko I Wada was the President of World Shibori Network. Wada is an authority on shibori, a traditional Japanese dyeing technique using indigo.

The textiles operations are very diversified with spinning, weaving, knitting, processing and garment manufacturing in different fibre lines. More than 50% of the manufactured goods are exported to more than 40 countries.

Mr. R S Bachkaniwala was the Chairman Textile Machinery Manufacturers Association (India) and Director of Himson Textile Engineering Industries, Surat.
Mr. R K Dalmia is the President of Century Textiles - a division of Century Textiles & Industries Ltd., Mumbai. Mr. Dalmia has been awarded with the certificate 'Fellow of The Textile Institute' (CText FTI) by The Textile Institute, Manchester , UK. in 1998.
Shri Vijay Kumar Agarwal was the Chairman of Apparel Export Promotion Council. Shri Agarwal is the founder , Promoter & Chairman of the Mumbai based Creative group. A qualified engineer by profession, he started a company for manufacturing & export of readymade garments in 1974.
Dr.Darlie O.Koshy was the Executive Director of National Institute of Design (NID). Dr Koshy took his Ph.D. in Management from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi. Dr Koshy is currently Executive Board Member of ICSID the world apex body for Design, based in Montreal, Canada.
